About Us

About The Ratchet Depot, Inc.

Since 1998, The Ratchet Depot, Inc. has been a trusted name in manufacturing high-quality tie-down products. With innovation at the heart of what we do, we’ve designed and patented two of the most groundbreaking ratchets in the history of flatbed trucking: our Patented Self-Contained Ratchets (introduced in 2013) and our full line of Patented SPIN FREE Ratchets, launched in 2023.

Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation as a company that works hard to make your job easier. That commitment to service and innovation has helped us become the largest manufacturer of custom tie-down straps in the United States.
With over 95 years of combined experience across service, sales, and manufacturing, our team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. We understand that doing business isn’t just about the product or the price — it’s about reliability, consistent quality, responsive service, and the confidence that comes from working with an established partner.

At The Ratchet Depot, we don’t just deliver products — we deliver peace of mind.
